We have designed sessions specifically for people with autism and their families. These sessions are suitable for a wide range pf disabilities.

We hold disability very close to our own hearts as we have disability in our own family. We have worked very closely with NAS (National Autistic Society) at our other sites for a long time.

It is nationally recognised in the society that:

“It is useful to encourage physical activities that are enjoyable without the need for imagination or understanding or use of language. Physical exercise is reported to diminish inappropriate behaviour and such activities are also helpful for improving problems of motor coordination.”

We set out with a mission to create something that everyone can enjoy inclusive of age, gender, size, disability and by creating these sessions we feel like we encompass all.

What makes the sessions disability friendly?

  • Lower bouncer numbers
  • A parent or carer can enter the arena free of charge with every participant
  • We turn the music down
  • We provide juice and biscuits at the end of the session

Keep an eye on our Facebook page and website for further announcements as these sessions are currently being developed.
