Bootcamp fitness with a bounce!

Put a spring in your step and get fit while having fun! Using the whole arena we will push your limits in fitness but it won’t feel like it – honest. You’ll be too busy having fun to realise its fitness.

Our classes will start week commencing August 20th and be in the evenings. Our fitness instructors will take you through the whole session and demonstrate what you have to do, so no need to worry – and the classes are for all abilities – so if you’re worried about that – no need!

Ideal for beginners to fitness gurus – our friendly staff will support your fitness and wellbeing throughout.
